  • Wagyu F1 refers to the crossbreed between Fullblood Wagyu & a Conventional Cow. F1 wagyu also knows as “Percentage” Wagyu and usually considered to be a “first-generation” crossbreed. It has 50% or more than that Wagyu genetic content.
  • F1 Wagyu is the most common type of Wagyu. F1 has Better marbling then other beef but not as high as full blood Wagyu.
