Jac Wagyu is a fourth-generation farming family located in the pristine pastures of the Bingara region in north-western New South Wales, otherwise known as beef-country. Their four properties are spread over 2500 hectares, all the way through the lush and fertile Gwydir Valley. They consistently produce premium Wagyu beef through their tried and tested methods.

There is a multitude of factors that determine the quality of high-end Wagyu beef such as breeding and genetics, handling and processing. Wagyu beef undergoes the highest standard of care in all factors, ensuring its distinction from other products.

Our passion for Wagyu Beef goes back a long way. Jac Wagyu’s production range includes cattle breeds such as Wagyu F1 and full blood Wagyu.

Wagyu beef is renowned for its tenderness, buttery texture and high-quality marbling (healthy deposits of unsaturated fat throughout the meat). Our Jac Wagyu Black Label and Jac Wagyu Gold Label consist of Wagyu F1 cattle, while the Full Blood Wagyu produce Jac Wagyu’s pure line range (MB 6-7, 8-9, 9+).

Our Wagyu operation doesn’t involve the use of traditional chemicals and fertilizers due to their long-term soil damage, high cost and high carbon footprint. We are increasing our annual ground cover to maintain our high-profile soil, keeping it moist and avoiding the use of traditional machinery. This increases the quality of our soil and pastures while subsequently reducing our carbon footprint. All of these practices are combined with our emphasis on cattle welfare and low-stress cattle management, resulting in a healthier, tastier and overall better-quality product for all of our global customers.

Jac Wagyu Genetics

Our operation included 14 Wagyu Full Blood bulls servicing the herd of 500+ cows, with calving taking place primarily in Spring months.

How to place an order?

Please send us an email with your order requirements including products of interest, quantities, specifications, destination and more details so we can provide you with our current quotation. All offers are valid for 48 hour period.

Minimum Order Quantity

We provide our customers with the option to purchase smaller orders shipped via air or ocean freight up to 40’’ containers via sea freight.

What products do you sell?

We supply a large variety of Australian agriculture products. Our core supply is the Australian meats range such as Beef, Wagyu Beef, Olive Wagyu Beef, Lamb, Mutton, and Pork. We also offer Natural/Organic products. All our products are Halal certified.

Do you sell Organic products?

Yes – 100% certified in accordance with the Australian Certified Organic Standard (ACO).

What is the lead time to place an order?

Lead time will depend on many factors such as the season, supply available, quantity required, specifications and the destination. We are generally able to pack and ship full containers within 2-3 weeks of contracting. Shipping times vary depending on the destination. Are your products Halal certified?

Yes – Our Beef, Lamb and Mutton products are slaughtered in accordance with Islamic rites.
